How many grams of carbs can I have a day to remain losing weight?

When I'm in this whole dieting groove, I like to cut out all of the simple carbs. The only carbs I intake are from fruits and veggies and 7 grams from my protein bar. Can I include a carb in like some prezels or cheese crackers and still lose a decent amount of weight. I am 8 months post op and I don't feel that I have that much more time with the whole "window of opportunity thing" Thank you all!
