What is the cost of Adominoplasty?

I was told by my surgeon that I do need an adominoplasty. However, I was told that with my insurance, I will need to pay about 1/4 of the cost myself. I'm wondering how much this might be. Also, I'm wondering why they would cover only a partial amount? I'm a military wife, with TriCare Prime.
