How else can I get protein ?
At the time that we can start eating solid foods again, considering the fact that we can only eat so-many ounces of food a day, yet are supposed to get in 60 grms of protein....what other ways are we supposed to obtain protein, is it with shakes or vitamins, or what? I'm asking because, others have said that their doctors required that they not use protein shakes for very long. I'm kinda stumped, I just don't see how you can fit 60 grms of protein in each day when your stomache is so small,...along with the 64 oz of water etc. I really can't see how it could all work. Any suggestions, or examples would be great.
