Anyone ever get approved with OMM & not have 5 yrs consecutive documentation overweight

I am going crazy-has anyone ever been approved with Ohio Med Mutual SuperMed Classic & not had the 5 yrs consecutive documentation? I sent in about 8yrs, but was not consecutive-only 4 consecutive. Do you think they will approve me? Thanks, Ellen
