I am looking for a sample of an appeal letter

I have seen all the references to www.clos.net/sample_appeal_ltr.htm ---- and I can't find any letters here. I can get into www.clos.net okay -- but can't find any letters. I am frustrated. Any help would be very much appreciataed. I also can't get into sample letters that are supposedly posted to profiles on this website.
