Does anyone know about a Private Policy that covers WLS

I have been denied coverage for WLS by Kaiser and I had been represented by Walter. It is exluded from my policy in large highlighted language. What I am trying to find is a Ins Co that covers WLS that I can get a policy on my own. I live in Oregon and if anyone knows of such a policy, I would be forever greatful. Thanks, Harvey
