Newly post op--- Shape? and fluids? breast reduction

Does anyone have any new post op photos, say under a week or 2, of breast reduction surgery. Anchor incision. Not a lift or augmentation. Purely reduction. I need to know if my new breasts are looking normal. I feel like a deformed freak at 4 days post op. Surgeon says can take months to take on a natural shape but I am so worried. Also, did you have fluid retention in them? I can hear fluids sloshing around in there. I assume the body will absorb it. They took almost 700 g from each breast. I have my post op visit tomorrow.
