I have vanilla protein mix and already don't like the taste. What are some ways
I can make this taste better. The booklet I have says you can use fruit but it has to be well cooked. (?) Is fresh fruit ok to use? And I'm also concerned that I may be drinking to many fluids. I am having difficulty being able to tell when I'm full. For ex: I had approx. 3 1/2ozs. of chicken broth and let 3 crackers soak until soft. I consummed all but about an 1/8 of it. I sip water off and on all day with the restrictions of the meals, but I'm afraid I will stretch the pouch. Please help. I need some peace of mind. Is this too much for being 5 days post op?
