Will anyone in Ala. w\united health choice plus\w exclusion please reply?

I have this through my husband's work. It is a small company with less that 12 empl. His boss doesn't know anything about the policy, so I am on my own. They have denied a consult. but I think I went through the wrong channel for that. Somebody please tell me there is hope for the ins. to pay. I am at whits end. I have been like this for too long. I just want something permanant. tia sherri
