After waiting for months for my appt next week, I no longer have the 40 BMI. HELP!

I have had my appointment scheduled for next Wednesday with my surgeon for months. I recently got over a stomach virus & when I got on the scales today, it showed that my weight is 226. I am 5'4. When I made my appoinment months ago, I was 235. Now I am scared that the surgeon will not think that I qualify for the surgery. The only co-mords that I have are low back pain, joint pain & GERD. What should I do?
