5 months post op 7 wks pregnant help?

Has any one got pregnant before sccucessful completion of WL goal I am 5 months pos op and 7 wks pregnant. I have posted this question before. I have lost 65lbs and have 70 to go to reach my goal and i was wondering Has any one had this experence too . I have so may questions will i continue to lose weight while pregnant? after i have the baby will my time to lose weight have passed? beause after one year weight loss slows ar stops. Will i everbe able to cary to term . and reach my wl goal. Any info plese help.
