I have a pain on the upper left side of my incision.....

I am about two months out, and have a pain on the left side of my incision, not on the incision itself. I've had to drive long distances this past week , and I'm wondering if this could simply be a pulled muscle from the driving? Thanks for ant comments...Donna in AL
