Have you went in for wls and came out with a hernia repair and asked to reschedule?

I went in for a lap rny and to my surprise when I woke up the Dr said he found a hernia and fixed it with some kind of dissolvable disc and then told me to reschedule my appointment for wls in 8wks. Has anyone ever encountered this?
