Do I have a chance of getting approved w/exclusion of surgery>

My BC/BS exclusion is worded as follows: Any services or supplies provided for reduction of obesity or weight, including surgical procedures, even if the Participant has other health conditions which might be helped by a reduction of obesity or weight. Has anyone dealt with this and been successful in getting approved?
