Depro Provera & Endrometrosis

I have been taking shots of depro provera for over nine years for endrometrosis. This has elimated all pain I was experencing, as well as my peroids. My doctor said that he did not want to think about a hysterectomy before I reached 45 - I am now 43. How will my shots affect me after I have WLS?
