I AM A LOSER NOW:)!!!

Okay, as of Friday the 5th of December I have become a loser and have been home for about 2 days and my question is how do you overcome the cravings that you had before. I am still on the all-liquid diet and sort of feel deprived when everyone else is eating food, so I go and sit in my bedroom by myself. Any input is greatly appreciated:)
