Effects of Obesity on Body?

I am 2 years post op from my Open RNY. I am back in college and need some help. I have a paper to write on the effects of obesity on the body. I am having a hard time finding a site that has the effects of obesity on the heart or joints, etc. I can find lots that list the disease we are more prone to, but not one that lists the effects on our joints or organs. Can anyone tell me if any site exists? Thanks for any help.
