WHAT IS A GOOD VITAMIN FOR POST-OPS?

I am pre-op (surgery date planned for the 5th of December) and would like to know where I can get the vitamins that I need at a reasonable price, so in these months to come I can start stocking up on my vitamins and such. There is so many out there, anyone have any suggestion on the one that is the best?
