ESOPHEGEAL DYSMOTILITY-- CAN THIS PREVENT MY SURGERY?
I went for pre-op testing and my upper gi showed mild esophegeal dysmotility and was wondering if this will keep me from getting my surgery. The radiologist said it shouldn't be a problem but it will be next week till the surgeon gets the report back and I am petrified. I have come so far!! I have absolutely no symptoms except pills are sometimes hard to swallow. Anybody out there have this and still have surgery??? Any advice will be appreciated!! Thanks, Pam in GA
