? Stricture or something else??

I am 4 1/2 months out and down 84lbs. I have had 3 strictures, and perhaps an other one now. Sunday evening I had dinner and about an hour later started vomiting, it lasted over 6 hours, my pouch really hurt, and I could not even keep water down. Then yesterday was fine all day, then today it started again and lasted about 10 hours. I have not changed my foods at all. I don't understand why it is coming and going. Any insight would be very welcomed.
