Aetna approval since Jan. '03

Has anyone been approves from Aetna since January 1, 2003. If so, how long did they take to approve WLS. I am aware of the new guidelines they have in place for WLS approval. Please advise on your experience with Aetna if you have been approved in '03. Thank you all.
