How soon after WLS did you have Plastic Surgery

I have lost 52 pounds in less than 3 months I have to loose another 40 to be at my doctors weight goal, My PCP has given me a number to a plastic surgeon to take care of my grade four panni. I get infections and theres a horrible oder, is this too soon?
