Does Anyone has any advice on BeechStreet Insurance?

My insurance goes into effect with BeechStreet PPO Insurance on Feb. 1, 2003 and I was wondering if anybody has had problems with getting approval through them? Also if you know what surgeon is in net work? I was hoping to use Dr. Marema but he is not in network.
