I made a really bad food choice last night I am two weeks post op

and tried some eckrich sausage with sauerkraut I was sick for at least four hours. Now today 13 hoours later I still do not feel like eating even water upsets my stomach is this normal or should I be concerned that I damaged something I am not in any pain just nausious. (spelling?)
