Can someone give some ideas for me to help my sixteen y/o daughter?

I do NOT keep junk food in the house, first off, so that isn't the problem. My 16 year old daughter weighs over 200 lbs. and is 5'3". Her father and I both had wls this year. I don't want her to have to go through that! She just doesn't seem to care. Any suggestions on what I can do? She is eating everytime I turn around! I thought about taking her to TOPS or something like that, or for some nutrition counseling. Thanks for your help.
