I was contacted by a program called Liv-Lit, can anyone tell about them?

They contacted me and said that I am a candiate for the surgery. They were going to contact my insurance company to see if they pay for the surgery. If they do then a physician was going to contact me. How long does this uusually take? And will they contact you if denied?
