Anyone use DR. Wongsa? My surgery is in 3 wks, what food will I need

I know he said low carb, but the first week or two, what do I need to have on hand. He also said in the hospital I would be eating before I leave. What will I be eating. It seems most are just having broth. I would like to be prepared before I go to the hospital.
