How much problem would it be at this point?

Here is my problem... My information has already been sent to the insurance company for RNY surgery. Now I have been thinking about going with the AGB. How much problem would it be to change my mind about the type of surgery I want to have? Will I totally have to resubmit everything and start all over or what? Thanks, Sheryl
