Has anyone went through the Group Health Bariatric Program and....

Has anyone one been through the Group Health Bariatric Program and was approved afterward? I'm in WA state and I have been through the appeal process, in front of the board,and independent review and I've still been turned down. Group Health wants me to join a 6 month weight lose program because I haven't done one for the length and time frame they need which is fine I don't mind. BUT then after that they said I'll have everything I need and I can join their program which cost $800.00. I didn't have a problem with that because I want the surgery more than life itself and this point. But the program takes 9 months and they made it clear that after I complete that they can still say no. In other words just because you go through the program doesn't mean your getting the surgery. What should I do please help I wouldn't mind spending the money for the program but I want and need a gurantee. HELP Thank Javoni WA state
