Has anyone experienced swelling after eating?

I am almost 1 year post op and have started having problems eating. Everytime I eat my stomach swells very tight and I get sick and have to lay down. It doesn't matter what I eat or how much. I tried liquids today and didn't swell but got nauseaus. I had an Open RNY 10-10-01 and am down 122 lbs. Thanks for the help.
