help me i am having pains in my upper part of my stomach.

i am having pains in my upper part of my stomach. i dont know what it is. i did go to the emergency room and that was no ggod, they only said "well i think your ovalating, because my period was coing. that has been since sunday. the pain is not really bad but im getting a really uncomfortable feeling that i never felt before. is this pain going to go away . and what do you think it can be from . i had a rny in april. and lost 90 lbs so far..........help
