Anyone with HEALTH ASSURANCE PPO who has had follow-up surgery

Can anyone tell me what all Health Assurance PPO will approve as far as tummy tuck, breast lift, arm, etc. as follow-up surgery? I am wanting to have done as much as my insurance will approve and was just wondering what that consists of. Thank you!
