Where in the US the lap band surgery is performed?

I live in Maine and am interested in having the lap band procedure mostly because it is reversible. I am terrified that if I go with permanent something awful is going to happen to cause irreversible damage. I have been doing some research and found that almost everyone in maine has had rny surgery. Anyone know where I can have the lap band installed??
