Is Veal ok?
I am just about 6 weeks post-op and I would like to go to my FAV german place for some Veal goulash. It's really soft and mushy b/c of the sauce....is this ok? None if the questions in the library or my skimpy nutrition sheet mention Veal at all. I figure if I can eat chicken, veal seems ok b/c it's softer. Any input? Thanks!
