I am looking for feedback on my diet.

I wanted to get feedback on what I'm eating at 5 weeks post and I am down 36 pounds. I have only encountered nausea twice during my second week. And I exercise by using a stationary bike for 30-50 minutes every morning. Of course fluids and food are not consumed at the same time. I wait at least 1 hour after eating to drink again. The following is spread out over the hours of the day and ARE NOT EATEN AT ONE SITTING: Morning: 4 cups of water 2 boiled egg whites 1/2 of a carb solutions bar Afternoon: 2 ounces beef jerky softened in water and chewed until nothing is left. Any remaining fat or stringy material is spit out. 2 boiled egg whites (sometimes I may keep a yolk in one egg this time of day). 2 cups of water with protien powder mixed in Evening: 1 piece of chicken or fish steamed and cut into small pieces 1/4 of a cup of dry cheerios or 4 pieces of beef jerky I sip on water until bed. I have a kitchen scale and try weighing my food but nothing hardly ever registers. I weight it after cooking and it is always less than one ounce. I feel like I'm over eating, perhaps it is all in my head.
