Has any post-ops had low blood pressure?

I just went to my doctor for my year check up and i had extremly low blood pressure? He said it was ok cuz of all the weight i have lost (140lbs). But i just had it checked 2weeks ago and it was fine. What does this mean? I am so nervous! He said people as petite and I am now will have low blood pressure. It was 84/52. This scares me to death.
