Lots of medicine to take, but it upsets my stomach..

Has anyone had trouble getting in all the medications? I'm almost 4 weeks post-op, LAP RNY, and I have been having a horrible time taking all my meds. I am taking Actigall to prevent gall-stones, Prilosec to prevent ulcers, Zoloft to prevent depression, Allegra for allergies. All these medicines tear my stomach up, terribly. I am actually ill after taking them. I have to lay down and curl up, and I also get very nauseated for a long while afterwards. I've gotten to where I haven't been taking my meds, it's too miserable. Has anyone else faced this obstacle? What should I do? I need these meds, but it hurts and is so uncomfortable.
