I feel like I am overeating but don't feel sick or over-full. Open RNY 2/13/02
For breakfast I had a scrambled egg w/ 1/4 cup low fat shredded cheddar. Lunch was 3 ounces of grilled chicken with 2 tbl of Chi-Chi's salsa. I had a whole orange as a snack. All of these were at least 3 hours apart and I am getting in about 72 ounces of water per day. I still haven't eaten dinner, probably will have some tuna or more chicken. Is this too much at once???
