Need info regarding Cigna PPO

I have been awaiting final word from Cigna PPO for about a month. I found out yesterday that my information has been sent to the Home Plan--what does this mean and how long should this take? I have a tentative surgery date for 3/25/02 and would hate to have a delay. Any info would be appreciated.
