wondering if anyone has had trouble with absorption of antibiotics?

I have been on two different antibiotics since the week before Thanksgiving. Once for bronchitis and then for a "sinus infection", I do not think I got over the first bout of sickness before getting the second...I think they just ran as one, really. I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with absorbing antibiotics and if so what antibiotics did you take and which ones have you found that worked? I took levaquin for the "sinus infection" and Kflex (cephalexin) for the bronchitis. TIA, Tra
