Anyone have names of attorneys in OH or elsewhere besides Walter Lindstrom?

I have been denied and have been told it is because my surgeon did not send letter of medical necessity and evaluation. BTC says it was sent and I also sent a copy today just to be sure. Someone else, today, at MMOH told me it was b/c I don't meet their criteria. I know Lindstrom helps alot of people but I left a message for him last week and still haven't even gotten a return call. I want to start the appeal NOW... Anyone know any attorneys in OH or elsewhere who have been successful with these types of issues?
