I need a gastric bypass friendly primary care MD

I live in Louisville KY. Insurance isn't an issue, as I have BC/BS PPO. I have already seen two doctors, both were ADAMENTLY against gastric bypass. Any ideas? Please feel free to e-mail me! ([email protected])
