Does anyone know of any Stats related to Obesity, and other causes of death?

Does anyone know of any Stats related to Obesity, and other causes of death? What I want is Info I can Write to my Insurer that are Factual, and can be cited to try to Persuade them to give me the WLS which is Covered by my PPO. Any help is greatly appreciated!
