Will I lose more weight than I want to?
Hi Gang, I have a question that I hope to get some answers and piece of mind here after... When my husband and I met we fell madly in love, that was four years ago, we got married six mo. to the day of meeting. I then weighed about 197 lbs. My husband has always liked heavier women (yeah!!) Long story, mostly from my antidepressants, severe lower back pain, depo medro epidural injections, lack of exercise due to constant pain etc. Anyway my question is this... I am afraid I will lose too much weight. If I got down to about 160-170 could I maintain there... I got down to 167 about 11yrs ago and felt GREAT! I know if I couldn't stop losing and got down to about 120-130 my husband would be very dissapointed. Granted I am doing this for me but he was attracted to me and loved me at 197 lbs, Even his mom, brothers, x wife, everyone always told me he always liked heavier women like my size (when we met) Now he agrees I need to lose for health reasons but I am afraid I will keep losing until my body says ok no more. Sorry so long of a post, just concerned and naturally want to keep my husband attracted to me as he was when we met, He has mentioned this to me also. Not having the surgery is OUT of the question, I want this more than anything in the world!!!!! And I need it physically too. Thanks for any answers or suggestions any of you may have! Renee. my email is [email protected] if you prefer to email me. "To the world you may be one person, but to one person, you may be the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" :)
