How do I add my doctor to the database?

Do you choose what doctors you want in the data base. I've tried posting my doctor twice--the first time it said he was already posted(he was not) the second time it showed he was added, but I could not pull up his name on the data list. Can you add Dr. Vafa Shayani, M.D. from Loyola Medical Center in Maywood, IL.?
