Have anybody ever been approve with this company (UMR)UNITED MEDICAL RESOURCES. it's

a group Insurance through my husbands job and I've never seen it posted as being used by any post op, so I was kinda worried because I don't see it listed anywhere.However I called and asked did they cover the surgery and they said that I have to send an approval from a PCP to them to be looked at before it can be approved.So it kinda sound like they might if it's medically nescessary
