Anyone in Nevada that has United Health Care or Medchoice2000 please help!

Through my current employer, I have Health Plan of Nevada, Sierra Choice. I have been denied 2 times now and am putting together the final letter to go to hearing. My husband on the other hand has a job with MerckMedco and his benefits will kick in on August 1, 2000. He has one of three options for Healthcare plans. HPN (HMO), United Health Care (EPO), or Medchoice2000 which is MerckMedcos PPO plan. Anyone out there from Las Vegas have any info on these providers and WLS?
