Anyone use healing touch with their surgery?

Best wishes on those undergoing surgery on the 13th. Mine is scheduled for Friday the 17th and I am really nervous. I don't feel ready. Is this really something I should do? Please send me all your positive energy and prayers. I am using healing touch therapy...anyone out there used it?
