Best Protein? B-12?

I'm having surgery next week and just got back from shopping at GNC. Which protein supplement is better? Chocolate flavor Designer Protein w/17.5 grm protein and less than 1 grm sugar per scoop (1-3 scoops per 8 oz. liquid) or the Swiss Chocolate ProBlend 55 w/ 27.5 grm. protein and 2 grm sugar per scoop (2 scoops per 8-12 oz liquid)?? Any opinions on quality, taste, a little sugar versus less than 2 grms per 2 scoops????? Opinions please?? Also, how long do we take sublingual B-12 and how often?? Any opinions on scaring? Was use of vitamin E oil enough or would any of you suggest Rejuveness (silicone sheey used by plastic surgeons and burn units)? Your opinions are greatly valued!! Thanks alot. Jennifer
