Can anyone tell me if the WLS improved their Polycystic Ovary Syndrome?

I was diagnosed 2.5 years ago and my weight has risen. The Birth Control Tri-Cyclen Lo seem to help until I was take off due to rising blood pressure. Once I was take off this mediation my blood pressure returned to normal and my period stopped. I found that VANQUA elevated my excess hair growth but it is $75.00 at tube it is quite expensive and my insurance does not cover this cosmetic topical cream. However, a woman's got to do - what a woman's got to do. Thank goodness my company offers FSA. If you have PCOS please share you experience with me. Thanks.
